What am I waiting for? What feels difficult to explore, heal, or achieve on my own, or like it could be, should be, but still somehow isn't? This is what we'll address in coaching -- your 'unfinished business'. Our most meaningful priorities in life that end up weighing us down if left ignored. *************** A single Transformation Session allows us to start the process of closing some 'doors' so others of greater opportunity and insight can open. More sessions will increase the depth we cover and strengthen the connection with your self, to discover more about what hinders you, helps you, and is 'you'. They can be combined into a customized package, or simply used as a good boost once in a while to gain clarity or stimulate momentum. It's all up to you and what you think is best. *************** At the end of each session, customized challenges or an action plan will be created by both of us. To solidify your insights and commitment to take baby steps (or leaps) toward your goals. Also included are follow-up emails, to check in and help with accountability if needed. If you didn't attend a group workshop, the private Finish Your Business workshop is typically the starting point before sessions. Think of it as the foundation and Compass. *************** In all sessions and services, I blend a psychology and yoga background with a creative, intuitive, and customized coaching process. It’s different from the support you would typically get in conventional therapy, consultation, mentoring, and psychiatry. Specifically that we'll use a holistic, collaborative, spiritual, and future-focused approach to personal growth. But it's still healing for those who bring certain topics and can be complementary to other therapies/modalities. *************** Pricing is based on a sliding scale honor system: if you have the total session fee, which is $150 USD, you can pay it by selecting the 'Full Pay' option from the dropdown; and if not, you can pay what you can by selecting one of the 'Custom Pay' options (ranges from $50-$125 USD). There are also two pro bono slots available for those who really wish for this kind of collaboration, but who are financially prohibited to do so. Inquire within. Note: Don't be shy if you need to custom pay. I've used this kind of option with others as well. Our finances fluctuate and all currencies are not equal. Nothing changes with the duration or quality of service. It just makes coaching more accessible. ***************
